This includes morning and afternoon tea and the paint is supplied.

The workshop teaches you to incorporate mixed media into your design, using various materials and layers of colours to produce a vibrant effect. You will be shown how to utilize negative and positive elements. You can copy my design or construct your own, with your choice of colours and media. Help will be given throughout the whole process, so there is no experience necessary. It is a fun and busy workshop where you can let your imagination fly!!

Materials needed to bring:

• A carefree fun attitude
• canvas approx. 60cm x 70cm
• white gesso
• Flat bristle brushes
• Soft round brush (taklon)
• Gap filler and caulking gun (you can borrow gun if needed)
• spatula for spreading gap filler
• scraps of material eg. hessian, gauze, use your imagination
• corrugated cardboard (from scrapbooking suppliers or dollar shops)
• Hairdryer (if you have one)
• Plastic fork
• scissors
• cardboard (cereal packet)
• pencil
• white or coloured chalk
• rag
• pallete
• Your lunch
